Is Panorama a hotel or a residence?
A boutique residence complex with 15 residences available for short-term stays, fully furnished apartments with full kitchens, private terraces and direct reservation support.
Is Panorama adults only?
Yes. Panorama Residences is an adults-only property. All guests must be at least 18 years old, and the lead guest must be at least 21. One-bedroom residences accommodate a maximum of two guests. The two-bedroom residence accommodates up to four guests or two couples. Parties, events and disruptive group stays are not permitted.
Who is Panorama best for?
Couples, business travelers and longer-stay adult guests who value privacy, ocean views and residential space over a standard hotel room.
What's the minimum stay?
Two nights minimum. Special rates may be available for extended stays of 14 nights or more, contact our reservations team for details.
When can I check in?
Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Can I arrive late?
Yes. Late check-in can be arranged in advance with the concierge. Guests arriving late can access their residence using a secure key box.
Is there a reception?
Panorama has an on-site office, but guests are normally welcomed personally by the concierge and guided to their residence.
Do I need to rent a car?
We strongly recommend renting a car. Panorama is located on a steep hill above Point Blanche and is not comfortably accessible on foot. Private parking is available at the property.
How often is housekeeping provided?
Housekeeping is provided every two days. More frequent service can be arranged upon request and coordinated directly with guests.
What's included in every residence?
Full Italian kitchen, marble bathroom with rainfall shower, king-size bed with luxury linen, 65-inch Smart TV, Starlink Wi-Fi, individually controlled AC, Nespresso, complimentary minibar and private terrace.
How does parking work?
Every residence includes private covered indoor parking, elevator access from garage to floor, and additional storage is available on request.
Is booking secure?
Yes, reservations are processed through the secure Cloudbeds booking flow. Payments are processed by CXPay, a trusted partner of Panorama.
When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due seven days before arrival. Guests will automatically receive a secure payment link.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled up to three days before arrival for a full refund.
Is Panorama a good alternative to a hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, Panorama combines the privacy and space of a residence with secure parking, full kitchens and direct reservation support, without feeling like a traditional hotel room.
